You can add attributes to the admins. Those can be 'checkbox', 'textline' and 'hidden'. The attributes can then be included in the emails that you send to your lists.

In your phplist main page go to Administrator functions section and click Adminattributes. You can add new ones and edit the old ones there, and as in the users attributes, you can check the 'Is this attribute required?' field if you want to.
