List of configuration options

The configure phplist page has so many options that it's hard to keep track of them all. Here's a list, in the same order they appear on the page:

1. Website address
2. Domain Name of your server (for email)
3. Person in charge of this system (one email address)
4. How often do you want to check for a new version of phplist (days)
5. List of people to CC in system emails (separate by commas)
6. Who gets the reports (email address, separate multiple emails with a comma)
7. From email address for system messages
8. What name do system messages appear to come from
9. Reply-to email address for system messages
10. if there is only one visible list, should it be hidden in the page and automatically subscribe users who sign up (0/1)
11. width of a textline field (numerical)
12. dimensions of a textarea field (rows,columns)
13. Does the admin get copies of subscribe, update and unsubscribe messages (0/1)
14. The default subscribe page when there are multiple
15. The default HTML template to use when sending a message
16. URL where users can subscribe
17. URL where users can unsubscribe
18. URL where users have to confirm their subscription
19. URL where users can update their details
20. URL where messages can be forwarded
21. Subject of the message users receive when they subscribe
