Wiki Admin page
there are actions we can put in this page that are reserved to the wikiadmins:
MichielD, DamienMcKenna, PascalVanHecke, YanB
such as {{pageadmin}} (a wikka experimental 'action' that I asked MichielD to include in this install). See below to see what it does.
also, we could list other mods we've installed, to make sure we keep track when we upgrade to another wikka version.
in this install, there are a few experimental features:
-pageadmin action
-selectskin action
-usergroup feature
I propose that we add another feature:
-grab action. this action makes it possible for someone to 'grab' a piece of code by clicking on a button. They have that on the official wikka site, and it's pretty handy.
Using categories
I've spotted a few we could use, but we can change/add to them. But we should keep them to a minimum:

YanB: I divided 'basics' from 'advanced' features. It's my own division: I think some features are more complex and less useful than others for regular users. Do you agree with this division? or is it confusing?
